PULP 2015
PULP: Paper Art Party is an annual charity event with interactive installations made entirely from recycled paper material. Makeshift Studio’s 2015 installation made use of recycled architectural drawings donated by offices and schools. Tests and experiments led to an intricate folding technique that produced collapsible accordion-like forms. The sculptures were then lit and hung from the ceiling with a pull-cord that would expand and contract the cone-like forms.
